Pizza dough recipe

Here is Dingo’s pizza recipe:

650g flour
400ml liquid (includes water, 50 ml of mild and 25 ml olive oil)
pinch of salt
heaped teaspoon of yeast
desert spoon of caster sugar

mix dry ingredient, add room temperature liquid and mix
kneed until it forms into a dough ball
place in a clean container and set aside in a warm place to rise
punch down the dough after an hour or so and kneed again
place back into the container and set aside for another hour
roll out into pizza bases (about 3)
