At work occassionally I get asked to take photos for various reasons for example the marketing team want to see what the new logo looks like hanging in our front reception? Or what does the new coffee mugs look like?
Yesterday I was asked to take a photo of our new bike racks, which I did using my iphone, sending it off without asking why…
The above photo was published in an internal communication that went out to all staff globally in regards to our working values. We have many staff who ride their push bikes to work each day and this had caused problems with all the bikes parked in various spots around the office. During our recent renovations I mentioned to my boss that we need a better way to store bikes and this was the solution he/we came up with.
If I had known that the photo was going to be spent globally I would have asked one of the professional photographers that work onsite to take the shot.
