Whydiss

There is my first attempt at making a baby blanket, it took me 7 years to finish.  I didn’t like the way it was coming together and it my first attempt at piecing together fabic to make a blanket. 

This sewing project was started when I was pregnant with my son and I packed it away when we moved cities, 6 weeks prior to his birth. 

Each year I would bring it out, look at it, have no idea how to finish it and would put it away.  A total disaster which I resurrected this year and finished off for a toy blanket for my daughter to play house with.  Not one of my proudest moments as a self taught seamstress, but good enough for the toy box.
