Ingredients
250g sweet biscuit (in Australia I use Marie)
3 table spoons schreaded coconut
125g unsalted butter (melted) 
Combine biscuits, coconut and butter in a food processor until mixture is a fine crumble.  Press into a springform pan and put into the fridge to set.

400g white chocolate (melted in a double boiler)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
500g creamed cheese (I use Philadelphia Cheese)
225g castor sugar
zest of 1 orange
3 eggs (add one at a time)
300mls thicken cream
1 tablespoon corn flour

Method
Combine all filling ingredients (except chocolate) in a mix master on a low setting, becareful not to turn eggs.  Add melted white chocolate.  Pour the filling ingredients into the biscuit base that was set in the fridge.  Bake the cheese cake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
